Thanks for choosing Leo Learning. Before we get started, please take a moment to read through these simple terms that help us both have a great experience. 

Cancellations & Reschedules:

Need to cancel or reschedule a session? No problem! You can do it yourself anytime up to 3 hours before the session. If it’s within 3 hours, a loss of one package credit will apply.

Late Arrivals

Running late? Don't worry! I will wait online for 25 minutes after the scheduled start time, just in case you can make it!

No Shows:

If you’re unable to attend and haven’t provided notice, a loss of one package credit will apply. This accounts for the preparation and time set aside for sessions, including when a session slot is lost. Thank you for your understanding.

Technology Requirements: 

For the best experience, make sure you’ve set up the required hardware and Zoom settings mentioned before joining a session.

Zoom: 

All sessions are recorded for quality, safety, and insurance purposes. Screen sharing and remote access features within Zoom are essential for supporting interactive learning; they allow both the teacher and student to use educational platforms together effectively.  

Session Availability:

Please note that the available times on the calendar are subject to change. Time slots cannot be guaranteed unless already booked.

Session Duration:

60-minute sessions include 55 minutes of online tuition and 5 minutes for administrative tasks, such as assigning learning practice and writing reports. Similarly, 45-minute sessions include 40 minutes of tuition and 5 minutes for admin.

Purpose of Tuition:

Please note that tuition is designed to complement and support your child’s learning journey, rather than substitute it, whether they attend school or are homeschooled. It provides tailored assistance to build confidence and understanding alongside, or in addition to, their main educational program.
