Technology Requirements

Before your first session, please take a moment to check the following:

Hardware
A computer or laptop with camera and microphone.
(Tablets/iPads are not suitable for Zoom remote control.)

Zoom
Screen sharing enabled
Remote control enabled

Internet
At least 10 Mbps upload
For best connection, stay near your Wi-Fi router and limit network use during sessions
