Technology Requirements

Please take a moment to read through the technology requirements prior to your first session.

Hardware

A computer or laptop with video and microphone capability. 

(Unfortunately, tablets and iPads are not compatible with Zoom remote control access).

Zoom Settings

'Screen Sharing' enabled.

'Remote Control' enabled.

Stable Internet

At least 10mbps upload (you can run a speed test by searching 'speed test' on any browser).

For the best connection, stay close to your Wi-Fi router and try to limit the number of users on the network during tuition sessions.
